About us

This site features research multimedia projects by UK Research Communications (Media Producer Alicia P. Gregory, and Videographer/Director Chad Rumford) and is a collaborative effort with UK Public Relations & Marketing and the Center for Visualization and Virtual Environments. Our goal is to deliver high-quality video, podcasts, and other multimedia that share the stories behind the leading-edge research under way in colleges across the University of Kentucky campus.

You can help. We're looking for interesting stories that:

• show the people behind research at UK
• demystify the process of research, scholarship and creative activity
• reach out to school-age children in Kentucky
• address the impact of UK research on Kentucky and the nation
• feature high school, undergrad and graduate students engaged in UK research
