Hazardous Materials

A sponsored project may require the use of hazardous or radioactive materials. When submitting a proposal the Principal Investigator (PI) should appropriately answer "yes" or "no" to the Internal Approval Form (IAF) questions regarding Hazardous Materials or Radioactive Materials. For specific questions regarding the use of these materials, contact the Hazardous Material Management Office or the Radiation Safety Office.
