- Federal agencies awarded $152.3 million, 55.5% of UK’s total awards
- State agencies awarded $65.6 million

National Rankings
Each year the National Science Foundation (NSF) publishes a survey that ranks the top universities according to what they spend on research in the sciences and engineering.
