Quality Achievement Fellowship Awards

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

• Candidates for Quality Achievement Awards must be nominated by the program's director of graduate studies (students applying to either master's or doctoral programs are eligible).
• Candidates must be enrolling for their first term of study in the program in a 2008 summer session or the 2008 Fall Semester.
• Students must have achieved the 90 th percentile or above on one portion of the GRE or GMAT.
• Candidates must have an undergraduate grade point average of 3.5 or above.
• Candidates must have a graduate grade point average of 3.5 or above on any previous graduate work at other institutions.
• New students applying to a program whose most recent degree is from a college or university outside the U.S. are not eligible.
• Nominees must have the equivalent of either a full-time fellowship or full-time assistantship in order to receive this award.

NOMINATION PROCESS

In the following order, the nomination packet must include two complete sets of:

1. A completed fellowship nomination form specific to the Quality Achievement Award;
2. Photocopies of transcripts from all schools attended, both undergraduate and graduate;
3. Photocopy of official GRE or GMAT scores;
4. A copy of the departmental assistantship, fellowship, or other full-funding offer.

DUE DATE FOR NOMINATIONS

Nominations with all appropriate documentation (two sets) must reach the Graduate School Funding Office, 203 Gillis Building, no later than Monday, March 3, 2008 .
