In order for this application to work correctly, your browser must be set for 128-bit encryption. You can check the your
Internet Explorer encryption setting by doing the following:

• Click on Help
• Select "About Internet Explorer"
• "Cypher Strength:" should be 128-bit

If your browser is not set to 128-bit encryption, you will need to have your computer support person upgrade your Internet Explorer by doing the following:

• Click on Tools
• Select "Windows Update"
• This will take you to the Microsoft Web site
• Click on "Product Update"

The Microsoft Web site will "read" the information on your PC and display appropriate selections for you to choose from for your updates.

If you are having trouble using Netscape, you probably need to upgrade to a later version. The latest version is available for downloading on the Netscape Web site.
