Liz Scholarships
The partnership between the Center and the Liz Claiborne Foundation was established in 2005 primarily focusing on how to strengthen the Center’s ability to translate research to the practice field, particularly including the work of victim advocates. One innovative collaboration between the Foundation and the Center resulted in development of “Liz Scholarships” which provide full funding for victim advocates to attend the Center’s various research-related events. The Liz Claiborne Endowment focuses on the research mission of the Center, particularly on the translation of research to the practice field.
